In `incidentField.param`, the `profiles::GaussianBeam` is now named `profiles::GaussianPulse` and the `profiles::DispersiveLaser` is now named `profiles::DispersivePulse`. There is some more renaming you can find in the pull request [1]. For example for the Gaussian laser pulse, `PULSE_LENGTH_SI` is now named `PULSE_LENGTH_SI` and the `namespace lwfaGaussianBeam` is now named `namespace lwfaGaussianPulse`. If you update your PIConGPU version to the current dev, you need to apply these changes.
