Dear PIConGPU usrers,

today we merged a breaking param change into the development branch [1].

In `speciesIntitialization.param` and `collision.param` you should exchange `bmpl::vector` with `pmacc::mp_list`.

Since I have already your attention I would you point to another breaking change we did a few weeks back.
We delete `laser.param` therefore you can not use old laser profiles anymore.
Instead of the old laser profiles we have now new incident field lasers [2] and provide for each old laser profile a corresponding implementation for incident field lasers.
A simple copy past example for a Gaussian laser can be found in our laser wakefield example [3].
