Hello,

I am looking for a PIC-code that does some simulation of plasmas that are (partly) confined by walls (of a chamber) and driven by a HF-field. When checking the user documentation and examples provided in the web, I could not find out whether these things are implemented or not (or are implementable). Until now I have been using a 1D-code with periodic/reflecting boundary conditions, secondary electron emission, collisions and HF-adjustments (voltage, frequency). Since I am now interested in electrode shapes (form and size relative to the available plasma volume), I would like to have a 2D(3D)-code that includes the features of the 1D code with the possibility of the electrode manipulation.

Could you give a brief estimation if this is possible?

Thank you very much and best regards

Michael
