Dear Alex,

there is a binary 
/home/alex/runs/testBatch01/picongpu/bin/cuda_memtest.sh missing.

Could you please send use the output of `ls 
/home/alex/runs/testBatch01/picongpu/bin/`

Maybe you forget to call `make install`
